Major Project Wins and Strategic Partnerships

Patel, KP Group has successfully secured numerous bids and signed key Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) for large-scale renewable energy and infrastructure projects. Significant milestones include the launch of India’s first credit-enhanced green bond by KPI Green Energy Limited to expand its solar, wind, and hybrid portfolio primarily in Gujarat. The group partnered with AHES and GH2 Solar to set up a green ammonia plant with a capacity of 100,000 metric tons annually. They also formed a special purpose vehicle, KPIN Clean Power LLP, for renewable projects.

KPIG Energia won a 96 MW solar project from Aditya Birla Renewables while Sun Drops Energia secured a 100 MW solar project with Avichal Power. KP Green Engineering bagged major contracts, including a ₹52.31 crore order for the Chennai Metro Project and multiple orders totalling ₹97.27 crore across sectors. The group also signed MOUs with Delta Electronics for battery energy storage, green hydrogen, and EV infrastructure development.

KP Green Energy secured transmission connectivity for a 642.6 MW wind project and raised a ₹272 crore loan for a 50 MW hybrid power project with a 25-year PPA. The group signed a 2.6+ GW renewable energy project agreement worth ₹17,690 crore with the Government of Gujarat and a 1.8 GW MOU with Madhya Pradesh. KPI Green Engineering secured its first export order to the USA valued at ₹23.02 crore. KP Energy obtained a 464 MW no-objection certificate from NTPC REL, and KPI Green Energy won a 405 MW solar tender from Coal India.
