Adina Andronic: Building a More Conscious Way to Lead and Live

Adina Andronic Conscious Leadership & Healing ARA Shamanic Healing The Enterprise World

There comes a point in modern life when achievement alone no longer feels like enough. Titles are earned and goals are met, yet a quiet gap often remains between who a person is and who they have become. It is in this space, where ambition meets self-reflection, that a different kind of leadership begins to take shape. This form of leadership values inner clarity as much as outward success, and it recognises that real transformation begins long before it becomes visible to others.

Adina Andronic represents this developing approach to leadership, blending ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic practice in her work. As a Shamanic Practitioner, Teacher, Coach, and Hypnotherapist, and the founder of ARA Shamanic Healing & Hypno Coaching, she has spent over 15 years guiding individuals through journeys of self-discovery and healing. Through an approach that combines shamanic tradition, hypnotherapy, and coaching, she helps people release emotional blockages, reconnect with their inner truth, and move toward a more conscious and purposeful way of living.

A spark of curiosity that became a calling

Adina’s journey into shamanic healing began not through deliberate planning, but through fascination. Much like people are drawn to stories of adventure or the idea of traveling through time, she found herself captivated by an account shared by her Reiki healer, who described how, during her very first shamanic journey, she found herself instantly transported into another lifetime. That single story stirred something within her that she could not ignore.

Not long after, she came across an advertisement in an alternative medicine journal for a one-year shamanic healing program, and her curiosity only grew deeper. What followed took her by surprise: a series of invitations and synchronicities that seemed to guide her, almost deliberately, toward this new path. Reflecting on that period, she recalls the feeling that life itself was saying, “There’s something here for you to discover.”

Many lives, One purpose

Adina often describes herself as someone who has lived many lives in one, having worked as a nurse, a lawyer, and a human resources professional across different cultures and industries. Each of these chapters taught her something valuable about resilience, human behaviour, and the deeper patterns that shape people’s lives. Today, she draws on all of that experience in her healing work.

Her clients often come to her feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their sense of purpose. Many have already tried conventional or holistic methods, yet still sense that something remains unresolved at the root. Through shamanic healing and hypno-coaching, Adina Andronic helps them access the subconscious and energetic layers where these patterns first took shape, guiding them to release old conditioning, reprogram limiting beliefs, and reclaim their inner authority.

What sets her work apart, she believes, is that everything she offers comes from lived experience. This personal understanding allows her to meet each client with both empathy and precision, bridging science, spirit, and story to create transformation that feels grounded, yet deeply meaningful.

The courage to trust the unseen

The first obstacle Adina faced was her own doubt, as she often found herself questioning whether what she was experiencing was real or simply imagined. Over time, she learned to trust the unseen, to “read” the subtle information offered to her, and to recognise synchronicities as signs that there is far more to life than what most of us have been taught to perceive.

That trust eventually became her anchor. It helped her stay strong through moments of uncertainty and solitude, reminding her that transformation often begins in silence, long before it takes visible shape.

The experience also deepened her appreciation for the courage of her teachers, those who had walked this path before her and carried their wisdom into the world. Their journeys taught her that each person has the chance to hold a candle of light for someone else, illuminating the way just enough for them to find their own truth.

When small shifts create lasting change

One of the most rewarding aspects of Adina’s work is witnessing how subtle shifts can lead to profound transformation. She recalls a client who, after a single session, released a long-standing emotional block that had quietly shaped her life for years. Months later, the client shared that something she had been longing for had finally unfolded naturally, a moment of deep renewal and joy.

Another client was able to reclaim parts of herself that she had been trying to integrate for over fifteen years of therapy. Through their work together, she found peace and a sense of wholeness where fragmentation had once lived.

At times, Adina Andronic notes that the most meaningful breakthrough is something as simple as allowing oneself to cry again, to feel, to release, and to begin reclaiming personal power after years of silence. These moments remind her that healing does not always look dramatic. More often, it looks human, courageous, and profoundly alive.

Preparing for a future of conscious living

One of the most valuable lessons Adina has learned through her own journey is that all paths ultimately lead to the same truth. While the wellness space continues to expand rapidly, sometimes accompanied by over-consumption or spiritual branding, she views this as part of a broader collective exploration, with each person finding their own way to reconnect with the universal principles that guide life and healing.

She feels privileged to live at a time when so many ways exist to deepen self-awareness and live in harmony with one’s environment. Looking ahead, she believes the next five years will bring a rise in communities that hold space for conscious living, where healing, sustainability, and emotional intelligence coexist.

At ARA Shamanic Healing and Hypno-Coaching, Adina Andronic and her team are preparing for that future by continuing to integrate ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic approaches, fostering authentic connection, and helping individuals remember their innate capacity to heal and evolve.

A foundation built on integrity and trust

Even before entering this field, Adina’s life experiences taught her the importance of integrity and free will. Having grown up in a system where individuality was often suppressed, she developed a deep awareness of what manipulation feels like, along with a lifelong commitment to honouring personal choice.

That awareness shapes everything she does in her practice today. She creates a sacred and confidential space where clients feel safe to explore their inner world without judgment or influence, upholding clear ethical boundaries, respecting consent at every stage, and ensuring that each person’s process unfolds at their own pace.

Adina regularly invites feedback after sessions and views constructive input as a gift, a way to refine her methods and deepen trust. As she puts it, “My goal is always to serve from empathy, transparency, and respect, so that healing becomes not only effective but profoundly safe.”

A voice in the wellness conversation

Adina Andronic is honoured to serve as a Senior Executive Contributor for Brainz Magazine and was a nominee for the 2025 Brainz 500 Global Awards. She was also recognised among the Women Leaders to Look Up to in 2026 by Passion Vista Magazine.

She recently held a masterclass at the Global Leadership Conclave, hosted by Unified Brainz and Passion Vista, where she shared insights on conscious leadership and emotional resilience. Her work has also been featured on The Female CEO Podcast (Create, Evolve, Overcome), and most recently, she was invited as a guest speaker on Bread for the Head, a new show on

UK Health Radio.

Each of these collaborations, she notes, allows her to contribute to the evolution of the wellness and leadership space, bridging ancient wisdom with modern transformation practices.

A vision rooted in empowerment and giving back

Looking ahead, Adina’s vision for ARA Shamanic Healing and Hypno Coaching is to nurture a community of people who feel truly empowered to take charge of their lives, creating from a place of purpose, authenticity, and inner wisdom. She hopes ARA will continue to be a space where transformation feels accessible, grounded, and supported by genuine human connection.

One project close to her heart is Arctic Wisdom, an initiative inspired by a shamanic journey that connected her with the Inuit people of Canada. As she learned more about their community, she discovered the critical housing challenges they face. Her dream is to gather resources and expertise to help improve their living conditions, a way of giving back to those who have spiritually inspired her.

Adina welcomes collaborations with individuals and organisations who share this vision of healing, empowerment, and compassionate action.

Open letter for upcoming entrepreneurs and future business leaders

Dear Future Leader,

I want to share something I have learned, both through my own journey and through the many people I have had the privilege of guiding: what you feed, often without even realising it, grows.

Our unconscious patterns, the beliefs we absorb long before we are old enough to question them, quietly shape the decisions we make, the risks we take, and the ceilings we place on our own potential. Most of us build our careers on top of these patterns without ever examining them.

I spent years moving through different professions, across different cultures, before I understood that real growth does not begin with strategy or ambition alone. It begins with awareness. Once you understand what you are unconsciously feeding, whether it is doubt, fear, or old conditioning, you gain the power to change it.

This is why I encourage you to look inward before you look outward. Book time for your own inner work, whether that is coaching, reflection, or something deeper. Step into what I call creator mode, a mindset where you are no longer reacting to circumstances but actively authoring your journey.

Leadership, at its core, is not just about what you build. It is about who you become in the process. Choose that consciously.

With respect and encouragement,
Adina Andronic, Founder
ARA Shamanic Healing & Hypno Coaching

Quick Takes

One quote that motivates you the most:

In Romanian culture, we have a quote saying, “A place becomes sacred through the people who inhabit it.” or “It’s people who bring meaning and goodness to a place.” And another one from an Indian sage, Paramahansa Yogananda: “Only Love can take my place”.

One piece of advice you would offer to upcoming entrepreneurs or future business leaders:

What you feed (from your unconscious bias) grows. Book your hypno coaching session, step into the creator mode, and become the author of your journey.

One movie or book you recommend everyone in business or leadership should experience:

2 movies:

● “Sentimental Value” – 2025 drama film directed by Joachim Trier

● “Cherry Blossoms” – 2008 German drama film directed by Doris Dörrie

● “You’re an Animal-Viskovitz” by Allessandro Boffa – a book which puts in perspective our limits and personal boundaries in a funny, smart way
