Cakes Concealed Carry and ROSE by SIG SAUER Announce Official Collaboration
In This Article

LAS VEGAS, NV, October 26, 2026: Cakes Concealed Carry, the women’s luxury concealed carry handbag brand, today announced an official collaboration with ROSE by SIG SAUER: a co-branded edition of the Cakes Concealed Carry Millie, designed for the women who carry a ROSE by SIG SAUER pistol and the community that has grown up around it. The bag is being released live this weekend at the inaugural ROSE Festival at the Clark County Shooting Complex in Las Vegas, running October 25 through 27, and is a limited run.

The bag builds on the brands’ Black Friday 2025 pop-up, a limited release that sold out in 2 hours. The bag is the follow-up to a limited pop-up the two brands ran on Black Friday 2025, when a run of 75 bags sold out in two hours. The message from ROSE firearm owners afterward was consistent: make more, and make it official. The collaboration announced today is the answer to that request.

The bag

The collaboration is built on the Millie XL, the athletic nylon member of the Cakes Concealed Carry lineup. Where the brand’s leather bags lean dressy, the Millie is the one that goes to the range, the trail, and the morning dog walk without complaint. It has a water resistant nylon twill body, an athleisure silhouette, and the same dedicated firearm compartment and single hand pull tab draw as every other Cakes Concealed Carry bag.

The collaboration uses the XL size specifically, and that was a lesson from the pop-up. ROSE customers told Cakes Concealed Carry they wanted more room in the purse: space for a spare magazine, a small individual first aid kit, and, in a lot of cases, skincare and makeup. The Millie XL holds all of that alongside the dedicated firearm compartment without turning into a tote. For

Cakes x ROSE by SIG SAUER, the Cakes team kept the athleisure bones and dressed them up to meet the ROSE aesthetic.

Details on the ROSE by SIG SAUER edition:

● Black outside, ROSE inside. The exterior is black water-resistant nylon twill with rose gold hardware, and that is all a stranger sees. The signature ROSE mauve is inside the bag, so it’s unmistakable the moment it’s opened, and when it’s closed it’s an elegant black crossbody with nothing to suggest what it carries.

● Full grain leather trim. The leather strap and trims are full grain, naturally milled leather from the same hide family Cakes Concealed Carry uses on its leather bags, which means it will soften and darken over years of use rather than crack or peel.

● A removable ROSE charm. Each bag comes with a rose gold charm in the shape of the trademarked ROSE flower. Left on, it reads as jewelry for the bag, and taken off, the bag goes back to being a discreet black crossbody. The owner decides, and she can change her mind by the day.

● Custom colored hook and loop. The hook and loop panel inside the firearm compartment was custom colored to match the ROSE interior. It’s a small thing that took a surprisingly long time to get right.

● Branded trigger guard holster adapter, included. Every bag ships with a ROSE by SIG SAUER branded trigger guard holster adapter, so a ROSE owner can carry out of the box in a pinch, but a Kydex holster is always recommended. This holster adapter can easily house any IWB holster.

● Holster agnostic. Like every Cakes Concealed Carry bag, the compartment accepts any hook and loop backed holster. Owners who already have a preferred holster setup can easily configure it into this CCW bag using the holster adapter. .

The natural pairing is the ROSE by SIG SAUER Modular Holster from CrossBreed Holsters. It uses molded Kydex fitted to the P365 and P365-XL platforms and a multi-application hook and loop backing designed to attach and reposition in bags, packs, and other off-body carry platforms. It also comes in the ROSE Signature Series Kydex print with rose colored retention screws, so a ROSE by SIG SAUER pistol in a CrossBreed ROSE holster inside a ROSE edition Millie is matched end to end.

The ROSE by SIG SAUER edition of the Millie XL is a limited run. It launches at the ROSE Festival in Las Vegas and is sold online at cakesconcealed.com, shipping directly to the customer.

About ROSE by SIG SAUER

ROSE by SIG SAUER launched in January 2023, and it remains the only program from a major American firearms manufacturer built from the ground up for women, with its own pistols, its own product line, and its own community, rather than a women’s section bolted onto a men’s catalog.

ROSE starts with a pistol kit, either the P365-XL COMP ROSE in 9mm or the P365-380 ROSE, packaged with a Vaultek safe and dummy rounds, and continues with a step by step video training series that takes a first time owner from basic safety through her first range session. Around that sits a community that has grown past 16,000 women, a traveling ROSE Seminar Series hosted at retailers around the country, ROSE Retreats, and now the ROSE Festival. SIG SAUER describes the program simply: created by women, for women.

In three years it has become the most recognizable on-ramp for women entering firearms ownership in the United States, which is exactly why a bag company in Nevada wanted to be part of it.

Why Cakes Concealed Carry

Cakes Concealed Carry was founded in October 2024 by Tamkin Collins, an aerospace systems engineer and program manager who started carrying that year and could not find a bag she was willing to be seen with. The first product shipped in January 2025. The brand was named Emerging Brand of the Year at the 2026 Gundie Awards and now serves tens of thousands of customers, a meaningful share of them to women who are carrying for the first time.

That overlap is the whole logic of the collaboration. ROSE brings a woman from zero to her first range day, and Cakes Concealed Carry gives her a way to actually carry the gun once she has one, in a bag that doesn’t announce itself. The Black Friday pop-up proved the two customer bases were largely the same women, and the full collaboration brings that shared vision to life.

The future is collaborative, and it is female

The bag is holster agnostic, but Cakes Concealed Carry has a favorite for it, and the reason is as much about the company as the product. CrossBreed Holsters makes the ROSE by SIG SAUER holster series, and its hook and loop backed Modular Holster drops straight into the Millie’s compartment with nothing else needed. CrossBreed, ROSE, and Cakes Concealed Carry already work alongside each other in the same community, and the holster is the natural third piece of the setup.

The other reason is Carol Craighead, who leads CrossBreed. “Carol is a shining example of everything that’s right with the women in 2A,” Collins said. “She is constantly innovating her holsters, and looking for ways to empower and collaborate with others.” That is the kind of company Cakes Concealed Carry wants to be in business next to.

Bring the three together, and you have a collaboration rooted in a shared purpose: a pistol program, a holster manufacturer, and a handbag brand, each led or influenced by women and trusted by the same community. Together, they’re creating products intentionally designed to complement one another, delivering a more cohesive concealed carry experience. This is what a meaningful brand alliance looks like: three brands combining their expertise to create something greater than any could accomplish independently. It’s more than a temporary partnership or shared branding; it’s a collective commitment to supporting women who choose to take ownership of their personal protection.

For decades, the concealed carry market has designed primarily for men, with women often treated as an afterthought. Today, women represent one of the fastest-growing segments of new firearm owners, and their needs deserve more than simply adapting existing products or offering them in pink.

ROSE by SIG SAUER, CrossBreed, and Cakes Concealed Carry share a commitment to changing that narrative. By bringing together our expertise, we’re creating thoughtful, purpose-driven solutions that support women in taking ownership of their personal safety,

protection, and independence. This collaboration is about more than a bag. It’s about giving women the confidence, tools, and choices to carry on their own terms.

Availability

The ROSE by SIG SAUER edition Millie XL launches October 25 through 27, 2026 at the ROSE Festival, SIG SAUER’s first festival built entirely for women, held at the Clark County Shooting Complex in Las Vegas, Nevada. The three day event brings together training for women at every level, from beginners to experienced shooters, along with community events and industry partners. Festival attendees will be the first to see the bag in person.

Purchases are made online at cakesconcealed.com and ship directly to the customer, so a woman at the festival and a woman at home order the same way and receive it the same way. It is a limited run, and based on how the 2025 pop-up went, it is not expected to last.
