Palmore’s career began in 1992 as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he served as a captain until 1997. He then joined the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) as a Special Agent, dedicating over two decades to leading counterterrorism and cybercrime investigations, managing crises, and safeguarding public safety. During his tenure, he also served as the head of the Cyber Security Branch in the San Francisco field office.
