I like that I can view my pay details including what's taken out for taxes and my tax forms. I was able to get my W2 directly off of BambooHR which was helpful. I also really like being able to see who is off that day and upcoming company holidays I think it solves the problem of complicated input of hours and not knowing exactly how much of my paycheck will be deducted for taxes. Inputting my hours is super easy, and I like that it tells me my total hours for each week and each pay period. I also love that it tells me what percentage of my paycheck is deducted for taxes. I've never had that before, and it makes it easy to know exactly what will be on my paycheck.

What I like most about BambooHR is that I can easily clock in and out, schedule time off for review, and view other users' time off on the company calendar to know how to plan. The message/announcement aspect is great too so that important info can get easily communicated to the whole team. As a user I appreciate being able to view my exact accrued hours for time off, and being able to take those hours out as I request time off makes it super easy to know how many hours I have left to use.
