His early career was rooted in project management and site operations within the energy sector, where he honed his leadership and technical expertise.

In 2003, Mr. Coleridge Shelley made a pivotal career shift by joining VA Tech WABAG as a Planning Manager—despite having no prior experience in water treatment. Through a strong focus on teamwork and collaborative planning, he quickly rose through the ranks and was appointed Head of Planning by 2007.
