Event Policy

1. General

By registering for or participating in The Global Icons of Impact event (“Event”), all participants and nominees (“Attendees”) agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions set forth by The Enterprise World (“Organizer”). These terms apply to both virtual and physical participation, if applicable.

2. Eligibility

  • All attendees must be 18 years or older at the time of registration.
  • Nominees must be officially selected and notified by the Organizer.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to reject any participant or nominee at its sole discretion.

3. Registration and Participation

  • Registration must be completed through the official communication channel or website.
  • Participants agree to provide accurate and current information.
  • Registration fees (if any) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • Award nominees may be required to submit additional information or documentation upon request.

4. Code of Conduct

All attendees must:

  • Conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Not engage in any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.
  • Follow the venue rules and guidelines provided by the Organizer and venue management.
  • Refrain from unauthorized distribution of promotional material or solicitation.

5. Intellectual Property

  • The Organizer reserves the right to photograph, record, and livestream sessions during the Event.
  • By attending, participants grant permission to use their name, likeness, voice, and image for promotional and media purposes across all platforms without compensation.
  • All intellectual property shared or distributed at the event is owned by its respective creators and should not be used without consent.

6. Awards and Recognition

  • The decision of the selection and award committee is final and binding.
  • Nominees must attend the event in person (unless previously agreed upon) to be eligible for recognition or award collection.
  • Awards are honorary and do not carry any monetary value unless specifically mentioned.

7. Travel and Accommodation

  • Attendees are responsible for their own travel, visa, and accommodation arrangements unless explicitly included in their package.
  • The Organizer is not liable for any travel delays, cancellations, or loss of personal belongings.

8. Liability

  • The Organizer will not be held responsible for any personal injury, illness, theft, or loss incurred during the Event.
  • In case of cancellation, postponement, or force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemic, political unrest, etc.), the Organizer is not liable for any costs incurred by participants.

9. Data Protection

  • By registering, attendees consent to the collection and processing of their personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
  • Personal information will be used solely for event-related communication and marketing unless consent for other uses is explicitly provided.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

11. Amendments

The Organizer reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available upon request or on the official event website.
