What were the initial challenges you faced?
Our main goal is to provide technology advancements to various businesses by implementing and deploying innovative custom software solutions. The main challenge was a bumpy route from an unknown local company established in 1995 in post-Soviet Belarus to a big international company with strong technical expertise and a diverse resource base. In other words, the transformation from a team of five initial developers to a global technology player.
As the global IT industry evolved stage after stage, we kept up with it, often even ahead of time. Our team also invented and implemented new methodologies and approaches.
Operating within challenging work models allowed Intetics to ensure the continuous business process for many of their customers, especially in 2021-2022 during the pandemic and under subsequent economic issues. Which was that point that triggered the growth of the company?

What is the reason behind your company’s long-standing success?

For instance, the Intetics team created a digital map of Ukraine with 10+ years of operation of the data processing center to expand the global footprint of the world leader in the mapping industry.
In another scenario, Intetics’ GIS department created digital maps used in 4 out of every 5 cars and built highly detailed parking maps for more than 15,000 cities. We’ve also helped educate more than 1,000,000 African kids with an award-winning web-based education platform.
Illustrating our impact with a couple more cases: a disaster-response platform developed by Intetics helps manage and coordinate thousands of people after a disaster; furthermore, 30,000 vacancies are offered daily with an AWS cloud-based recruitment platform developed for one of our clients.
One more point is that our company’s name consists of a combination of three words: Internet, Technology, and Ethics.
