The annual Inc. 5000 ranking measures percentage revenue growth among qualifying independent, privately held U.S. companies. Wirth Law Office earned its 2026 position based on growth achieved from 2022 through 2025.
For the Oklahoma law firm, the national business recognition follows several years of expanding its statewide footprint, building centralized support systems and increasing its capacity to serve clients in communities across Oklahoma.

Founded in 2010, Wirth Law Office has grown from its Tulsa roots into a multi-office Oklahoma law firm serving clients from locations in Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Okmulgee, Muskogee, Wagoner, Tahlequah and Bartlesville.

What the Inc. 5000 ranking measures
The Inc. 5000 has become one of the best-known annual benchmarks for growth among privately owned American businesses.
For the 2026 ranking, companies were evaluated according to percentage revenue growth between 2022 and 2025. Eligible companies were required to have begun generating revenue by March 31, 2022, and to remain U.S.-based, privately held, for-profit and independent as of Dec. 31, 2025.
Qualifying businesses also had to meet minimum revenue thresholds of $100,000 in 2022 and $2 million in 2025.
The 2026 Inc. 5000 includes businesses from industries ranging from technology and manufacturing to healthcare, consumer services and professional services. Collectively, the companies demonstrate the continuing role of privately held businesses in job creation and economic expansion.
