Brief us about RecoSense Infosolutions.
RecoSense Infosolutions offers AI transformation solutions to help our customers become an AI-First organization. We work with our customers as AI engineering partners to transform data engineering to data automation tasks with a core focus on content intelligence.
What were the initial challenges you faced?
During our early days, the challenge was to both build and prove the platform across various data nuances of the customers. We found that the use cases and expectations of AI have to be managed practically with the constraints of sources and various formats.
Which was that point that triggered the growth of RecoSense Infosolutions?
Our focus specifically on our indigenous IP called Knowledge Graph helped us to shape our direction as an AI engineering partner. Our industry-unique Knowledge Graph is used to create context definition and for interpretation of the content – human interaction as deep differentiation compared to just clickstream analytics from other vendors in the same space.
How have RecoSense Infosolutions graphs changed since the foundation? Can you share a few statistics?
We have grown close to 80% year on year in our revenues and continue to add customers and industries in European and US markets.

What is the reason behind RecoSense Infosolutions’ long-standing success?
Determined and continued investment on deep differentiation of our IP as our depth enabling multiple use cases across the breadth of Automated Metadata for unstructured to structured, Personalization, Semantic Search, Process Automation with Bots, Report Engineering, etc. We believe our platform is domain agnostic and building to mine and parse any content across Media, Finance, Healthcare, Retail, etc.
What are the products/services RecoSense Infosolutions focuses on? How are your services different from those in the market?
We offer platforms of Customer Data Platform for automated data aggregation, MediaSense, RetailSense, and CampaignSense for AI-based Personalization, KnowledgeGraph for metadata. We leverage these AI frameworks to offer solutions and services across Data Engineering, AI Engineering, and Process Automation.
How do you decide to take RecoSense Infosolutions a step further in terms of your products/services?
We will be scaling up by reaching out to SMBs with ease to use AI Extensions across Web and Apps to achieve a personalized experience for any content.
For enterprises, we will continue to build custom bots and automation driven by AI frameworks specific to domain and process requirements.
Is there any new addition to the list of products/services? Anything exciting you would like to share?
We are working on Natural Language Query framework which will transform the convention Search into an intuitive natural human conversational discovery experience.
Can you please brief us about your professional experience?
I have been part of two successful startup stories of MindTree going public with IPO and AllGo Systems being acquired by a US-based MNC. I have built my career with product engineering expertise from device embedded software to cloud and thin client-driven web-based SaaS applications. My biggest learning has been building our startup by balancing all aspects of Innovation, Product Growth, Business scaling, and Customer support.
What are the key achievements of your entrepreneurial journey?
Building a platform serving millions of users through our customers and continuing to innovate in the context definition of Human-Machine Interaction. Extending an enterprise solution to more self-serving SMBs’ required tools is the next goal to achieve.
How do you look after your employees? What makes your team unique?
Our key focus for our employees is to offer a platform for them to solve complex challenges in the work area to nurture and grow in their problem-solving techniques and ownership skills. To enable them with a single-minded goal of, not just a task, but to build a product to solve a problem.
Is there any special experience with your clients you would like to highlight?
Co-innovation is what we want to add value and also to accelerate the product intelligence for our customers. Whenever a customer appreciates this and involves us with an open mind to push the intelligence boundaries with our solutions, we are the happiest.

According to you, how has AI become part of our day to day life?
Breaching the known limit has been the only goal of humankind pursued with zeal in many ways forever since the cognitive revolution. From the time of the invention of tools to present-day automation, this has been a seminal phenomenon to transform human society in both good and bad ways which will never cease until thoughts run in the mind.
AI is one such boundary posing a challenge for the human to conquer for recreating the natural conceptions. The form of AI manifestation may not have fully pervaded the day-to-day lives but the underlying thought of the need for Artificial Intelligence has well percolated across all layers and a welcome acceptance to let it evolve in various forms – Voice to Vision to Touch to Mobility.
