At Roche LATAM, advancing the company involves more than just enhancing products and services—it’s about becoming a strategic ally to healthcare systems. It views health as a valuable investment that boosts productivity and drives economic growth.

The company’s major focus is addressing the gender gap in healthcare. Despite women living longer than men, they experience 25% more years with debilitating conditions. Roche sees this as a $1 trillion opportunity to improve quality of life and strengthen economies. The company actively works to close this gap and shape equitable healthcare policies.

Roche Press Day exemplifies this commitment. The annual event, set for October 2024 in Miami, unites industry experts, academics, and journalists to promote women’s health and equitable access.

Additionally, Roche is transforming healthcare through innovative business models and cross-sector collaborations. By providing twice the medical advancements at half the cost, Roche has impacted over 75,000 lives with groundbreaking treatments. This approach benefits Roche, patients, and the broader healthcare ecosystem.

At the helm of this success is Rolf Hoenger, whose leadership has contributed to the dynamic healthcare sector. By combining innovation with a focus on people, Rolf has helped ensure that Roche continues to thrive while making a meaningful impact on patients’ lives.
