For Shawnee Delaney, there were many significant moments in her journey, but one stands out as particularly pivotal. While being hired was a great accomplishment, the defining moment came when she walked across the stage at “the Farm”, the CIA’s notorious spy school, to receive a coin from CIA Director Hayden in recognition of her graduation. Shawnee keeps that coin behind her desk as a reminder of the achievement.

Other moments, such as her first recruitment and her most challenging recruitment, also left a lasting impact and continue to shape her work today. These experiences, along with her entrepreneurial leap into starting her own company, have given Shawnee the confidence to recognize her unique strengths in the industry. She believes in her abilities, and that confidence has driven her to pursue success, knowing she is among the best in her field.

With this multidisciplinary background, she brings a unique perspective to risk management, insider threat prevention, and organizational resilience.
