Born in Jamshedpur on January 26, 1970, and raised in Vikas Vidyalaya, Ranchi, Amit’s journey began amidst nature. He completed schooling and pursued I. Com & B. Com (Hons.) at Ravenshaw College, Cuttack, followed by a PGD in Human Resource at Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS), Ranchi. With over 31 years of experience, Amit worked across various states and rose to the position of Head HR/CHRO in companies like Data Cables, Tata, Jindal, and UK-based Evonith & Liberty Steel Group. Moreover, he contributed to HR transformation, and talent management, and received numerous awards and accolades.
Being passionate about environmental sustainability, Amit initiated GreenHRM Solutions to make a meaningful contribution to society. He recognizes the potential of HR professionals in leading environmental initiatives and believes in giving back to society through this endeavor.
