The user experience implemented by Guess involves customers providing their information and consent through a captive portal when accessing Wi-Fi. If a customer’s profile already exists within the CRM, it is enriched with any missing details and new in-store behavioral data. Conversely, if a profile does not exist, it is created and subsequently updated as the customer interacts within the store. This seamless process enables Guess to maintain a comprehensive and accurate customer view, thereby facilitating the delivery of highly personalized experiences.
