Denis Kitaev is an entrepreneur and co-founder of Vesper, a Moscow-based luxury residential developer. His background in finance and construction gave him both the understanding of business strategy and the hands-on experience necessary to create exceptional homes for the most demanding market segment.
At Vesper, Denis Kitaev shaped the company’s creative core: guided the architectural concepts, interior direction, construction quality, and material selection of its projects. Under his leadership, the company completed 11 residential projects, many of which have received awards for architecture and restoration. The product philosophy that Kitaev introduced became a major factor in Vesper’s rise as one of Moscow’s top property developers.
Since 2022, Denis Kitaev has not participated in Vesper’s operational activities. He remains a shareholder in the company to this day. He is also a philanthropist and a patron of art institutions.
