He has also taught internal audit courses for IIA Brasil and worked as a professor and coach for ICI Brasil, focusing on internal controls, corporate governance, and risk management.

In addition to his academic contributions, Eduardo serves on the board of directors and coordinates a statutory audit committee for public companies in Brazil. In 2008, Eduardo decided to leave his role as a CFO in the corporate world to pursue an independent career.
