Ford Unveils Exciting Off-Road Vehicle (ORV) Packages at SEMA Show | The Enterprise World

At this year’s SEMA show, Ford’s Performance Parts division made a strong impression by showcasing a range of exciting projects and concepts. Among these, two standouts were the Ford Ranger and Ford Bronco, both outfitted with rugged overlanding gear and collectively known as the Off-Road Vehicle (ORV) package. This exhibition underlines Ford’s commitment to offering off-road enthusiasts the latest in design trends and aftermarket accessories, all engineered to seamlessly integrate with their vehicles.

Mark Wilson, Ford North America’s vehicle personalization manager, emphasized the significance of these packages, stating, “The Ford Performance Parts’ packages we’re debuting combine the latest design trends with aftermarket accessories engineered to work with these vehicles out of the box.”

Ford Ranger Transformed with the Off-Road Vehicle Package

Ford’s ORV package for the 2024 Ranger XLT takes the Ranger’s off-road capabilities to a whole new level. The most conspicuous enhancement is the addition of an ARB overlanding suspension system, designed to conquer rough terrains. In addition to the suspension upgrades, the Ranger boasts ARB-sourced front and rear bumpers with added recovery points, ensuring it’s ready to handle any off-road challenges.

This off-road warrior also includes practical features like an onboard air compressor, SSOLIS lights for improved visibility, and a 44-liter fridge for keeping supplies fresh on long journeys. Whether it’s tackling rocky trails or navigating through the wilderness, the Ford Ranger with the ORV package is built to excel in any off-road adventure.

Ford Bronco Joins the Adventure with the Off-Road Vehicle Package

The ORV package isn’t limited to the Ranger; it’s also available for the Ford Bronco, spanning the Base, Big Bend, Black Diamond, and Outer Banks trim levels. The Bronco equipped with this package receives a significant boost in ride height, thanks to the Bilstein suspension system that provides a two-inch lift. This enhancement ensures that the Bronco is ready to take on even the most challenging off-road terrains.

Additional components included in the package comprise 17-inch white wheels wrapped in 35-inch tires, further enhancing the vehicle’s off-road prowess. Ford is also offering performance upgrades for the Bronco, including a high-clearance Borla cat-back exhaust system, an ARB jack and mount for those unexpected situations, and an underhood compressor for tire inflation.

While Ford customers across the globe have shown a strong interest in personalizing their vehicles, it’s worth noting that the ORV package is exclusively tailored for the American market, which means it’s not expected to become available in other regions.
