With 29 years of experience in the industry, Mr. Boda has played a vital role in driving the growth and success of his family business. Starting out as an Officer, he gradually rose to his current role as the Group Vice-Chairman. 

Mr Boda’s responsibilities include driving sustainable business growth, devising group strategy, and providing guidance in exploring new opportunities in the insurance & reinsurance market. He is also the brand custodian and has established a prominent brand image worldwide.

Mr Boda’s contributions to the company’s growth include establishing the Ports & Terminal Vertical and Employee Benefit Vertical, grooming leaders, setting up a specialized team for Indian companies investing globally, and partnering with international brokers for MNC exposure in India. 

He has also been involved in developing technology platforms and introducing the Risk Management Society to India. Under his leadership, J.B. Boda has expanded its operations internationally, establishing a strong global network of partners, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and retention through a customer-centric approach, personalized solutions, and superior service delivery in the insurance & reinsurance segment.

Mr Boda has achieved numerous accolades in his distinguished career.
