Dear future leaders,
Do not wait until you feel ready. Some of the most important opportunities in my life came before I felt prepared. I learned that growth begins with curiosity. My childhood experiences, time in nature, and caring for animals taught me patience, compassion, responsibility, and the importance of understanding people.
