I am privileged to work with a very talented team that has developed our award-winning platforms and products. Our science and technology have been recognized in the field of human capital management (HCM). My background in business and helping large, complex organizations apply HCM technologies have helped guide our product vision. We have also established a strong track record of success with our clients, as shown by dozens of successful case studies proving that our products can predict human performance.
I have assembled a very strong technical team to execute our vision and build an extraordinary global assessment ecosystem that solves major business problems for any size enterprise. 7. Any client experience you would like to highlight?
There have been many positive client engagements, but a recent one that comes to mind is completing a case study with a Fortune 50 multimedia giant that demonstrated that people with high scores on our operational leadership predictor assessment significantly outperformed people that scored low on our test. Comparing the performance of people with high vs. low scores resulted in a profound reduction in subordinate turnover and increase subordinate in productivity with a projected financial impact in the tens of millions of dollars).
