Tell us about MKT Softwares.
MKT Softwares is a pioneer in providing comprehensive solutions to all kinds of businesses. We have come a long way from our humble beginnings back in 2006, and are now valued as a $15-20 million enterprise. In less than a decade, we have served over 100 satisfied customers in India, South East Asia, Canada, and the U.S. We are currently operating in three verticals – Software Development, System Integration, and Education.
Under Software Services, we offer extensive ERP consulting, implementation, and customization for various industry verticals. Using our adept in-house team, we have developed solutions that target business challenges – people Choice HRMS, a web-based HR management system; ESIM Campus Solution, An Analytical campus management Enterprise software. We also offer services pertaining to web development, business intelligence, and GIS.
- What were the initial challenges you faced?
Like every business, we also had many challenges while inception. Funding, Good resources, and Client unawareness about the latest technology are the main hurdles we faced. But what we think is these hurdles make the company stronger to deal with any challenges ahead.
Never give up on what you really want to do. The person with big dreams is more powerful than one with all the facts.
- Which was that point that triggered the growth of the company?
The triggering point for the growth of the company came up when Consistency, 3Ds (determination, dedication, discipline), Keeping pace and Adoption of new technology, Always ready to learn a new process and implement it started paying off.

Mr. Amit Tiwari – A leader with revolutionary vision!
Mr. Amit Tiwari after graduating from IIT Kanpur and his Master’s in Business Administration has worked with few companies till 2005 and then ventured into the field of ITES and providing software solutions. And since then has made steady progress in the field of providing software solutions in the style and name of MK Technologies and now as CEO & MD of MKT Softwares Pvt. Ltd. Having 17 Years of experience in Software Industry, Amit Tiwari is engaged in managing and consulting various Software projects worldwide. As a founder and senior leader of the MKT Softwares, he is responsible for all activities in India and abroad and for the strategic direction, growth, and development of its businesses
Before started MKT Softwares, Mr. Amit was CEO of Anchor Cyber State (An Anchor Group Company) and Project Manager, Optimos Inc. Earlier in his career, Mr. Amit worked with HP for nearly 10 months. Mr. Amit brings with him over 17 years of global business and consulting experience, gained in several world-class firms, spanning many domains including, education, Textiles, electronics, telecom, and IT services. Mr. Amit has been an active participant in collaboration between industry and academia. He is the Past President of the Uttar Pradesh chapter of TiEand is Associated with various Startups as a member of their Advisory Board.
He is an avid sportsperson. Cricket and chess are his passion and aviation sports like Paragliding and flying in Microlite aircraft challenge his intellect. He holds a Private Pilot License. In spite of his busy schedule, he finds time to pursue his interest in singing and playing musical instruments.
