Over the past few years, business leadership has evolved dramatically due to digital transformation, globalization, and a heightened focus on community impact. Leadership today is no longer about authority—it’s about adaptability, innovation, empathy, and vision. Successful leaders must foster collaboration, champion continuous learning, and use technology strategically to drive sustainable growth. Qualities like resilience, authenticity, strategic thinking, and a genuine customer-centric mindset are essential for thriving in today’s fast-evolving market.
2. Please walk us through your personal/professional journey. What was the turning point that propelled you to venture into the sector you are working in?
Anton Fonseka was born and raised in Sri Lanka a beautiful small island nation in Asia with a rich tradition of hospitality, compassion, and caring for others. Growing up in a culture that honors service to the community deeply shaped my values and ambitions.
My professional journey began with a strong focus on digital transformation, healthcare, business consulting, and coaching for small to medium-sized companies, working with multinational companies across varied industries. As my career path expanded into the United States, I identified a significant gap in how home care and healthcare providers approached licensing, compliance, and operational management. Many aspiring providers struggled to navigate regulatory frameworks and build sustainable businesses. Recognizing an opportunity to make a real impact, I combined my expertise in digital innovation with my passion for community service—leading to the founding of CarePolicy.US, Digit9X, HomeCareConsulting.US, HomeCareNews.US, and FindMyCare.US all dedicated to transforming the healthcare ecosystem through technology-driven, community-centered solutions.
3. What were the different challenges you faced during your remarkable journey?
Operating in the highly regulated healthcare sector presented many challenges, especially understanding and complying with the diverse requirements across all 50 states in the United States. Cultural differences, complex licensing processes, evolving market needs, and the pressure to scale while maintaining a personal touch were significant hurdles. Developing automation platforms that are both user-friendly and regulation-compliant was another major technical challenge. However, these experiences only strengthened my drive to innovate and create meaningful solutions that truly serve communities. I am proud to have introduced an automated software solution for self-service across all 50 states, covering all provider and agency types for new startups and new owners entering the home care, home health, group home, and healthcare industries.
4. Whom do you look up to as an inspiration and why?
Anton Fonseka draws inspiration from his father, who was a strong businessman with great leadership qualities, as well as from everyday entrepreneurs and community leaders who quietly transform lives through dedication, innovation, and ethical leadership. Growing up in Sri Lanka instilled in me a deep respect for those who lead with humility, empathy, and service. Leadership, to me, is not measured by recognition but by the real, positive change we bring to people’s lives.

As the Founder and Managing Director, Anton Fonseka leads strategic planning, product development, client engagement, brand growth, compliance oversight, and team leadership. He is directly involved in developing new service models, expanding digital platforms, and ensuring offerings remain ahead of evolving market and regulatory demands. Additionally, Anton Fonseka spearheads expansion into emerging sectors like Artificial Intelligence (AI) and real estate technology, delivering comprehensive support for healthcare entrepreneurs.
6. Please shed some light on some of the key achievements from your illustrious journey.
Anton Fonseka takes immense pride in helping over 1,000 startups across the United States establish Home Care, Home Health Agencies, and Group Homes, directly enhancing local communities through improved access to care services. Under his leadership, the first eCommerce-integrated consulting platform for the elder and child care industries was introduced, alongside proprietary automation software designed to streamline administrative and compliance tasks for caregivers, RNs, and doctors. Beyond business milestones, Anton Fonseka’s true achievement lies in creating sustainable solutions that empower entrepreneurs to better serve their communities.

Outside of work, I am passionate about travel, exploring new technologies in AI and real estate, mentoring young entrepreneurs, and continuously learning new skills to sharpen my communication and leadership abilities.

CarePolicy.US and DIGIT9X was founded in 2019 with a mission to simplify, automate, and accelerate the process of launching Home Care Agencies, Home Health Agencies, and Group Homes across the United States.
