On September 29, members of Dunkin’ Dunkin’ Rewards will receive a free medium hot or iced coffee with every purchase. Additionally, the donut business collaborated with Little Words Project on four friendship bracelets that featured phrases with a Dunkin’ theme, such as “Iced Coffee” and “Cafecito Time.” They cost $30 each and go on sale on Friday at 8 a.m. ET.

Krystal Kreme

On September 29, all visitors to participating businesses will be able to get a free medium hot or iced coffee without having to make a purchase; this includes espresso-based lattes and drip coffee. With the purchase of any dozen donuts, Krispy Kreme is also selling a dozen donuts (original glazed only) for $2.

Peet’s

The “Disloyalty Programme” at Peet’s allows customers to receive a free coffee on Friday. After taking a screenshot from another coffee loyalty app (this can be from any of the following coffee chains: Starbucks, Dutch Bros, Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, Dunkin’, Tim Hortons, Better Buzz, Joe and the Juice, Bluestone Lane, and The Human Bean), customers should create and log into their Peetnik Rewards accounts.

The Bakery on Boul’Mich

The La Boulangerie Boul’Mich x YETI mug will come with a free 16-ounce specialty coffee on Friday. After that, everyone who has the mug will receive a 10% discount on any 12- or 16-oz. cup of coffee through September 2024.

Starbucks

For National Coffee Day particularly, the Seattle-based coffee behemoth will host coffee samples at participating Starbucks shops as part of its celebration of Global Coffee Week.

Perkins Bakery and Restaurant

On September 29, customers who go to participating Perkins Restaurant and Bakery locations will receive a free coffee with any purchase. Through September 29, the Tennessee-based restaurant business is also offering customers a 20 percent discount on all retail coffee bags and boxes of K-Cups.

The National Coffee Association estimates that 517 million cups of coffee are consumed daily in the United States. More than any other beverage, even water, that is. Nearly 80% of us who consume it do so on a daily basis, and more than half consume three or more.

On Friday, which is National Coffee Day, coffee shops all around the US will give away free cups of joe while also providing discounts on bags of coffee, subscriptions, and other items.

Even better, International Coffee Day, which falls on October 1, comes right after it. (Coffee is indeed so fantastic that it deserves two days.)
