These incidents prompted her transfer from Pune to Washim after a complaint was lodged by the Pune Collector.

The Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) has assigned Manoj Dwivedi, Additional Secretary, to lead the investigation. Furthermore, potential misrepresentation during the UPSC process could lead to criminal charges. Ms. Khedkar has thus far remained silent on the matter, citing lack of authorization to speak publicly.

Scrutiny now extends to her claims of belonging to the Other Backward Classes (OBC) category, potentially impacting her eligibility for UPSC benefits. Reports also suggest she declared multiple disabilities to gain concessions during the selection process, yet refused to undergo mandatory medical tests for verification.
New Video Surfaces, Further Raising Questions. Adding another layer of controversy, a recently surfaced video online depicts Ms. Khedkar’s mother, Manorama Khedkar, allegedly threatening a group of men with a firearm in Mulshi tehsil, Maharashtra. This incident has further stoked public concern and fueled questions about Ms. Khedkar’s character and suitability for holding a coveted position in the Indian Administrative Service.
