What were the initial challenges you faced?
Getting business to realise the importance of analytics…when BitBang first set up this wasn’t even perceived important, particularly across EMEA.
We addressed Data Analytics and Customer Intelligence BEFORE these practices were so widespread and in demand. Now it’s time for data management and data practise to be considered across the whole organisation.
What is the reason behind your company’s long-standing success?
No real secrets. Just commitment, agility, persistence, and innovation. Above all the right people in the right place.
We have expertise in every field where it works, the honesty and the cure of the customer, we are obsessed by our customer.
Our team and our relationships with clients and partners. We focus on employing people who can share the same business values as us.

Background in business administration and spent almost his entire life working for BitBang! And is still dedicated to the BitBang mission.

What are the key achievements of your entrepreneurial journey?
The thing that comes to mind as a key achievement I was attending an international conference and whilst listening to a speaker, he cited my work…it was a great surprise.
How do you look after your employees? What makes your team unique?
